This Edwardian style, Grade II listed building was built in 1905. The building has recently been refurbished to enhance and preserve all the existing original features.

Shields Restoration carried out the external masonry clean using a nebulous water clean and the DOFF system. External plastic repairs were carried out to the original stone façade and constructed and reran the high level cornice detail to the newly built front elevation brickwork including the supply of natural Portland stone stringcourse and copings. Lime render was applied to the rear elevations.

Internal works included installation of traditional plaster repairs and restoration of decorative mouldings.
