This is a Grade II Listed Period building in the heart of the medical district.

Works consisted of take down and reconstruction of chimney stacks and installation of new chimney pots. A DOFF clean was carried out to the entire front elevation. Full elevation rake out and repoint. Stucco repairs and rustic render repairs were carried out to the front elevation.

Shields Restoration supplied and installed new Portland stone landing and restored the York stone staircase.
